Your free Microsoft Certification exam offer will be delivered by June 30, 2023, and will expire on September 27, 2023. You must complete your exam before this date. When do I receive my free Microsoft Certification exam?

If you completed one challenge before the Microsoft Learn Cloud Skills Challenge ends, one Microsoft Certification exam will be associated with your Microsoft Learn profile by June 30, 2023.
You will be notified via email when it becomes available. Confirm the email address for notifications saved in your Microsoft Learn profile.

What if the Microsoft Certification I want has prerequisites?
There are no prerequisites to taking an exam. However, to achieve the Microsoft Certification, you must first achieve the prerequisites. If you take and pass the expert exam before the other prerequisite, then you won’t achieve the Microsoft Certification until you meet all the requirements of that Microsoft Certification.
I received the email with my free Microsoft Certification exam and cannot see the offer under my account.
Please make sure you are entering the same email address in the Certification Portal where you received the confirmation email and that you are attempting to redeem against a certification listed in the official rules. If you continue to experience issues, please contact Certification Support at https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp/forum/.
I finished my challenge and it’s after June 30th, but I never received an email with the free Microsoft Certification exam details.
First go to your challenge and confirm it shows a fraction that equals 100% (i.e. 10/10 or 15/15). Then go into your Microsoft Learn profile and confirm which email address for notifications you have saved. Then try checking your junk folder. If you still cannot find the email, please contact Cloud Skills Challenge support.
How do I reschedule or change an exam I have already scheduled?
To make changes to an exam you have already scheduled, please contact Pearson Vue Support at pearsonvuecustomersupport@services.pearson.com.
Do not cancel your exam, as the discount will not be re-applied to your email address within the Certification Portal.
My voucher has expired, can you extend the expiration date?
No. We are unable to extend the expiration date of your free Microsoft Certification exam.
I didn’t finish the challenge by the end date, can you extend the challenge end date?
No. We are unable to extend the end date of the challenge. The Microsoft Learn Cloud Skills Challenge ended on June 20, 2023 at 4:00 PM (16:00) UTC.
